How do I COMPLETELY remove the logo for my site

So basically my site I'm working on, https://www.custompcshop.net has a problem with the logo. On every browser except firefox it just appears as an [X] on the top left side of the banner. I want it completely gone. Where do I need to go to completely remove it? I've tried tweaking several thing but I can't get it to stop showing up and an [X].

Thank you for your help.

will that work for the banner that was logo.gif?
if so where do you put it? anywhere in the CSS?
