Blank Page error after add to cart - Cannot modify header information

Almost everything on my site (mttbwy.com) worked perfectly, until I start to add items to cart.

I've installed the error debugging tool, and browsing through the error logs, it seems that this error keeps resurfacing:

[15-Feb-2009 23:10:48] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mttbwyco/public_html/includes/languages/english.php:1401) in /home/mttbwyco/public_html/includes/init_includes/init_templates.php on line 78

I'm afraid I'm not well versed in PHP, but even so quickly glancing through my 'init_templates.php', I didn't notice anything quite wrong with that particular line.

I'm using zencart 1.3.8a, using Paypal's express checkout as payment options, and also I'm using the Always Free Shipping module.

I humbly and desperately need your kind advice please. (I have attached here the files: english.php, init_template.php, and my error log.)

Okay problem solved! Guys, if you have the same problem take a look at this troubleshooting page.

Most likely there is an extra space in the php file. Oh buggers.
