Shopping Cart Header and contents display problem

Almost done, few minor things:

1. Trying to change the Header Font color on my Shopping Cart to a different color (Red).

2. Every second item in my cart has a gray background...need it to stay white.

3. On my Contact Us page, the "Contact Us" font is currently black (which is also my background color), also effected on my Coupon Page "Look-up Discount Coupon..."

P.S Any other feedback is welcome.

Actually, I need the Shopping Cart Header Font on the SideBar to be Red, not white. Sorry didnt specify "where" in reference to the Cart.
