Problems connecting to database page

Hi all,

I'm currently having problems with my site and looks like from what my web provider told me it won't be up until tomorrow.

It currently shows the following:

**Sorry!
There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thank you.

To verify the site status ... Click here**

Is there an area in my file manager where I can reword this to let others know to check back tomorrow?

thanks!

Re: Problems connecting to database page

Put the site into maintenance mode (Admin > Configuration > Website Maintenance). Towards the bottom of the menu you can set an expected period for the maintenance.

kuroi's tired right now...With that error you will not be able to load your admin either.

What have you been doing to either any files for to the database recently to cause it not to be reachable?

Kobra's right. I need more sleep.

As it sounds as though the problem is outside of your control, you can edit that text in the nddbc.html file that is in the root folder of your site.
