Best Seller sidebox

Best Seller sidebox

I know that you have to have sold at least one product to have the box appear, but i have tested it with two "orders": one was using a 100% off coupon (so the friend would not pay) and one that was supposed to be paid by check/money order (but she didn't, which was the plan). Yet, there is no box that appears for Best Seller.

Is it normal? Does it have to have "paying" purchases to show up? or any other requirement for the sales to be registered and the item to appear in the best seller box?

Make a test purchase yourself to determine if you have a working install

Does not seem to show up. I did set it in the Layout Box Controller. Maybe i need to "install it" somewhere else too?

I had one "real" paying customer purchase one product and the Best seller sidebox does not appear (or at least, i dont see it!)
