How to get this type of Category structure?

I am looking to get a Category structure like this:

Choose Your Vehicle: <~~ This I changed from "Categories"

Ford <~~ Not a link (Just a heading)
07-09 Shelby GT500 (link)
blah (link)
blah (link)
blah (link)

Chevrolet

blah
blah

Dodge
blah
blah

etc...

Basically, I want to add the headings for each car maker to separate the different cars. I have read about the Category Dressings mod... Do I need to download this in order to get this structure?
