can't find a simple layout change that I've changed before

I know this is simple but I can't find it. There is a header that only says Home and Log In. I know it used to have some more links that I did remove but the issue is now its above my logo and I want it back below my logo. I give up on searching. Its like looking for your keys. You don't find them until you give up looking. Any help is appreciated.

Is that where you change the placement of that bar ? Its above my logo right now and it used to be below it. How can I put it back below?

to move it so it's below your logo, move that section of code so it comes immediately AFTER this line of code in the file:

<!--eof-branding display-->

Thank you very much. I had turned off the ezpages header and was thinking that's what that was on top of the page. Your fix did the trick.
