_blank won't open new window

Hey guys,

I have a links page created on my site. I am working on reciprocal link exchanges. If someone clicks on a link in my page, it opens over my page. I thought if I added target="_blank" that would open their link in a new page.

Appears this is not the case, that may be html only. I'm still catching up on my programming. :shocking:

How would I set this up from Zen Cart to open in a new window or new tab?

How did you construct the links?

It looks like you've put the target="_blank" bit inside the 'image' section of the links, when they should be inside the 'link' section of the links.

For example:

<a href="http://www.zencart.com" target="_blank"><img ...

If you are referring to your link for "Zen Cart - The art of eCommerce" the coding is wrong.

a href="http://www.zencart.com" target="_blank"

You have it in your 'img' tag. :wink:
