dmm2020:
I should have dedicated IP, least I have been paying for it. What are you seeing to indicate you that it is not installed?
Starting with your original post:
"My website URL is http://dmsmerchandise.com
When customers click on images, it is taking them right back to the log in screen. This appears to be even worse if they log in from AOL.com. You may want to log in as a customer and take a look at what is going on and see."
I hadn't noticed your previous post about changing to your other Domain name.
Anyway, to find out if one has a Dedicated IP address you find out the IP address and go to it.
Canonical name: dmsmerchandise.com
Addresses: 66.147.249.199
Canonical name: dmsoft-wy.com
Addresses: 66.147.249.199
nslookup 66.147.249.199
Canonical name: 249-199.bluehost.com
Going to 66.147.249.199 takes one to a page for DMSOFT-WY Software, not dmsmerchandise. Between that and not having rDNS (a common courtesy provided by the Hoster when one has a Dedicated IP) it was easy to get confused, dmsmerchandise.com does not have a Dedicated IP nor it seems, an SSL Cert.
Speaking of which, how did you get an SSL Cert issued to "www.dmsoft-wy.com" and "dmsoft-wy.com? First I've seen of that as usually one one Domain name can be used; and using the 'www' is considered a different Domain name then one that doesn't use it.
Also, you have hard coded links using "http" which causes popup Browser errors when on an "https" page. You will need to remove them in order to stop the error msgs.
The learning is in the doing.
