Adding a URL Link to the image in my footer

I've changed the default image in the footer to reflect SSL certification. I want to make this image clickable so that it directs to a URL but can't figure out how to add a URL to the code that generates this image..... Here is the code from tpl_footer.php which generates the image:

<center> <?php echo zen_image(DIR_WS_TEMPLATE.'images/cardsboth2.gif'); ?> </center>

How would I add this URL link to the code above: http://www.dystynction.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=13

Kim, thank you so much.... I'm a complete amateur and I find it's always these simple things that can baffle me for hours!

That worked wonderfully and will allow me to get rid of a somewhat unnecessary sidebox........ now, onto the next challenge :-)
