How to set a default description for 'new products'?

I want to have all of my product descriptions to have a default text/value.

When I change the initial product_description value in collect_info.php on line 13 to any type of value it does not show when I add a new product.

Who knows what I need to change so I can have any new product that I add have a default description value?
