GeoTrust/Authorize.net sidebox Not Showing

After installing the GeoTrust Authorize.net module and pasting in my authorize.net code, turning the module on in tools>layout box controller, still don't have a Geo/Authorize sidebar. Have I missed something?

O.k -
I've got the GeoTrust Logo to Show on my sidebox BUT-
When I paste in the authorize.net script into the
tpl_AuthorizeNet_GeoTrust.php file it blows the page apart and shows the text.
Where am I Going wrong? Here's the Page:

After looking this over and trying different things, plus a few bangs with the head against the wall, we finally said to heck with it. Then we figured out the problem somehow.
We reloaded the module from the beginning and re-copied the code from Authorize.net and pasted it into the area where it says insert here and voila' it worked.:clap: A Mission Accomplished
