Linking ZenCart with Microsoft Dynamics GP Point of Sale

So I have a client that would like me to build them an eCommerce site with all their products from their retail shop. They are currently using Microsoft Dynamics GP Point of Sale as their accounting software. And so, I'm looking for something that would allow the inventory on the website to keep the store side updated and vice versa.

Does ZenCart have any software that would help in doing that?

There is not currently any built-in functionality for that in the current version. I'm not aware of any addons that do that.
You might want to look at the "Similar Threads" section below for possible leads, or the Free Addons area (see link at top of page) for addons that might be related.
