2006 MySQL server has gone away

Greetings,

Not sure what the problem is? Can't seem to get the store to load without an error. I'm running 1.3.8a with a database. It was upgraded from 1.3.7 a while back when the 1.3.8 patch level was released. I have the SEO Friendly URL contrib installed, about 5 months ago. The site has been up and running well for over a year now. Just today there is a problem loading the store and I get this error:

2006 MySQL server has gone away
in:
[select * from get_terms_to_filter]
2006 MySQL server has gone away
in:
[select count(*) as total from sessions where sesskey = 'd75a650378aec920c7edc121d2c519bf']

Not sure if this could be a hack or other problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The admin section seems fine but the store home only partially loads.

This is a problem that need to be addressed to your web host. Only they are really in a position to investigate why the MySQL server is unavailable, be it intermittently or permanently.

Will do that. Thanks for the reply kuroi. The site is back up now but I haven't really identified the cause. I'll see what they say?

Thanks again! :bigups:
