How to add all products to a new category?

Is there an easier way than adding/copying products to a new category one by one? I want to have a category that encompasses all my products of all categories. This is an option in other carts I've customized, but I can't find it in Zen. So I set up a category called ALL, but don't want to spend my day moving products one by one. Suggestions?

Also, how does one remove the "larger image" link below the product display image and the thumbnail of the same name below it?
(yes, I have searched for these questions, but I can be blind at times)

Is the All Products listing page not sufficient for your purposes? If you are using only the categories-tabs menu, I see that that is not available there by default. You can add a link to the All Products page by copying the relevant section of code from /includes/templates/template_default/sideboxes/tpl_categories.php, and adding it to /includes/templates/your_template/templates/tpl_modules_categories_tabs.php.
