Google checkout doesn't work with shipping information
I've setup my site with SSL working, entered the merchant ID, and merchant key in the admin checkout page of my google setup in my zen-cart admin, I've also entered the callback API with https:// in the google settings, but my TABLE RATES don't work :( Any ideas on how to get this working?

It always says shipping is Local Pickup $0.00
I don't even get the option to ship it.
