Email notification of customer address change

Wondering if there's any easy way (or plug in) that would email a store owner if one of his customers (or members) changes/adds/deletes his mailing or shipping address?

That's not presently a built-in feature; however, the "Similar Threads" section below may offer some ideas for consideration.
