Setting file permissions for main page

How do I change file permission for the main page? Do I have to do this on my hosting site?

When trying to change the main page, I get this error: Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on: /home/collecti/public_html/products/includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_main_page.php

You need to make the file writable. The correct setting depends on how your hosting company has configured your server. If you installed Zen Cart using the provided installation process, it would have explained the permissions issues to you and instructed you to set them appropriately.
