i would like install the zencart on my provider, mysql is present. i have upload all files with ftp and configured the both configure.php files as documents.
wen start point 1. this is your first time using ...

IIS (windows) doesn't like the .htaccess files used for security on the apache webserver engine.
Zen Cart supplies several .htaccess files in various folders to provide some simple security protections. On your Windows server you'll have to delete those .htaccess files and find another way to secure your files using whatever alternate options your hosting company offers you.
