Authorizenet(AIM) not communicating with my cart

Hi, hate to bother but i'm having a problem with authorize.net(AIM) when i checkout during test mode or production it keeps giving me the error: Warning WARNING: Security hash problem. Please contact store-owner immediately. Your order has not been fully authorized.

I have tried nearly everything i could think of i've called authnet several times, cybersource and my hosting company. I've read every post here protaining to this problem. I've changed my hash code, re-generated validation key, enabled direct response dilimited response to yes ,(comma) with field encapsulation character left blank. I've run cards in live/production mode with real card and test mode with test#'s and uninstalled & reinstalled authorizenet(AIM) a few times. Nothing i do seems to solve this problem. :frusty:
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

My using zencart version 1.3.8a
Server Host: Bluehost
Database: MySQL 5.0.75-community-log
Curl Proxy: True
PHP Version: 5.2.8
I have SSL installed also.

Cowgal:

Comm results: 7 couldn't connect to hostThat's your problem ... it can't connect to the authorize.net server.

Here's why:> Cowgal:

Using CURL Proxy: [Removed bluehost.com:Removed] with Proxy Tunnel: On
For some odd reason you've enabled the CURL Proxy. Turn it off in Admin->Configuration->My Store->CURL Proxy Status.

Re: Authorizenet(AIM) not communicating with my cart

Oh, Dr. Byte it worked on test mode but when i put both authnet and zencart in production mode and ran a real card it declined it with this error: Bill To Company is required. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for further assistance.

Is it something i need to configure in zencart or authnet?

Many thanks to you. :D

Re: Authorizenet(AIM) not communicating with my cart

Did you test using a regular consumer credit card? Or did you use a corporate business card?
What happens with a regular consumer card?

Re: Authorizenet(AIM) not communicating with my cart

First i used a business card and then i used regular consumer card and i still got same message. Bill to Company is required your could not be authorized this reason. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my settings in my authnet account.

Thanks for your time.

Re: Authorizenet(AIM) not communicating with my cart

Yes, it's most likely a restriction you've configured in your authnet account.

If you've enabled "Debug Log to File" in your AIM module settings, then you'll find the log files in the /cache/ folder, as long as the folder is writable.
