The middle numbers are e-mailed to your admin address. The card companies forbid you to store the full number in one place.

thank you very much i have found it, where do i change the address where that info is sent? i will be making a special email for that purpose

Admin/modules/Credit Card - Offline Processing there's an area there to put in your email address
