Help : How To Charge Shipping based on Weight and Ship-To State?
I am using Zen Cart v 1.3.8a , I am trying to choose shipping module that suits me, I want to ship based on State, So my customer will choose state when they register, and when they checkout the shipping cost will calculate based on weight/lbs and their state, I had 33 States, I wish to charge every customer according to their state based on weight. Is it any other ways to do?
