Look-up Discount Coupon Box

I would like to remove the following:

The entire "Look-up Discount Coupon ... " box and
the entire "Please enter your redemption code: " box as I use these pages for something else and do not require them.

How do I do this?

Is the new page more like Page 2 or Page 3 where you just want text vs some type of action happening?

If so, it would be better to add additional pages if you already used page 2, 3 and 4 ...

There is also an Add-on in the Free Software Add Ons to help build additional pages to help you out ... :smile:
