Two different "free shippings" for COD and flat.

Hello.

I decided to ask for help becouse I got lost in all the module settings. ;)

Here's what I'm trying to do:

I got 2 ways of shipping:
Flat = costs 8
COD = costs 14 (but I don't want to add the cod fee to flat, but actually replace it so the total shipping cost is 14, and not 8+14)

Now, I got 3 price ranges:

0-149: flat is 8, COD is 14
150-249: flat is 0, COD is still 14
250+: flat is 0, COD is 0

I do not need any tax settings, nor different fees for different zones, only this.
Is there a way I can set it all up with standard modules or does it require some core editing?

You could use the Flat Rate flat shipping module and set up the breaks ...

Then install the Order Total module for COD Fee ot_cod_fee and set that to 6.00 ...

Then, edit the Order Total module for Shipping ot_shipping and set the Free Shipping for orders over 250.00 on ...

You might need one customization on the Flat Rate for the 150-249 range ... and depending on how that is set either on on the COD Fee ot_cod_fee Order Total module or the Flat Rate flat Shipping module ...

Or, use the Table Rate to manage the price breaks for the shipping and the COD Fee on Table Rate instead of Flat Rate ...
