Adding Image to Coupon email?

I am trying to add my coupon banner into my coupon emails. When I set it up in the admin the coupon image comes up fine but when you receive it in the email it wont appear there is just an icon where it should be.

I formatted the html email in my files to fit the pictures width thinking that was the problem, but still doesnt work?

Any ideas?

Have you made sure to include the FULL PATH to that image?

The path must contain:

http://www.YOURWEBSITE.COM/path/to/the/image.jpg

When rendered in the email client, it's currently putting in an image place holder because while it KNOWS an image should be there, it has no idea where to fetch it from.
