How do i rename "page 2,3, and 4"?

On my website;
sistersecrets.net
i have pages for it but you can only get there to the site map and they are named page 2,3, and 4. How can i make them a tab like my tabs (purses, and odds n' ends) and how do i rename them to something else??

Si,
includes/ languages/ your_template/ english.php

// information box text in sideboxes/more_information.php - were TUTORIAL_
define('BOX_HEADING_MORE_INFORMATION', 'More Information');
define('BOX_INFORMATION_PAGE_2', 'Page 2');
define('BOX_INFORMATION_PAGE_3', 'Page 3');
define('BOX_INFORMATION_PAGE_4', 'Page 4');

1. change the red font above, remember to leave the single quotes on either side of the wording

Do you have an ftp program or you can edit from your cPanelX

1. Example: XXXXXXXXX.com/cpanel
2. The xxxxxx is your web site
