How do i put meta tags for my site?

I found this on Zen Cart Help but i don't know how to get to includes....;
Common Site-Wide
To define site-wide tags such as charset, keywords and description, go to includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME/meta_tags.php and edit that file for keywords, site title, site tagline and site description.

This will be done with a ftp program like

FileZilla, Or
A text or .php or .css editing program like Ultra Edit
Or your_website/cpanel
You need to know the file structure of the host provider you are using to work yourself through the files to edit the .php files
