Products New Field/Restricted Access/Disable Payment

Hi everyone,
I am a new Zenner and would like to get some info on several points:

  • Can I customize my products field? I would like to add 2 new fields? I found the Add Barcode field contribution and was wondering how to add 1 more field...
  • How can I restrict access to my shopping cart? Meaning, I want to have categories hidden for a particular group of customer. How do I do that?
  • Is it possible to disable the payment section? I only want to have the order on the database and receive an email of it as well but skip the payment checkout section. The payment will be done with on-file credit card information thru a different system.
