How do I incorporate Zen Cart into my site?

I have sorted my Yourpay questions via the tutorial article.

New question how do I put this into my existing store or do I build a new one around Zen cart: http://toprealesate.com/ :shocking:

Zen Cart isn't a back end operation. It'll be easier to use Zen Cart to build your site.
