New Product Page Listings

I'm using Zen Cart:
Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

I have searched the forum for the answer to my question, I know it's probably in here somewhere, I just can't find the answers I'm looking for.

Anway, I'm wanting to know how to do 2 things.

1. On the New Products page, I want it to show the photos of the new products.

2. On the New Products page, I want it to show the newest products at the top of that page.

This is how my New Products page looks:

http://simplysusangodfrey.com/shop/index.php?main_page=products_new

This is how I'd like it to look:

http://faithsisters.com/shop/index.php?main_page=products_new&zenid=36dacf268eb4a522998c303403950b42

I just can't figure out how to add the photos and get the newest products listed at the top of the page. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks a bunch!
