optimize zen cart?

how do i get the optimizing done bey Zen cart on a daily or weekly basis?

What is it that needs "optimizing"?

It's like a routine download, internally done by Zen Cart, that takes our meta tags and gets them out there on the web. That----"optimizes"/enhances how many hits we get to the site. Right now-------I saw something somewhere in Admin that said they do it monthly.

What you saw in Admin was in the Store Manager page, and it refers to optimizing the database - it simply cleans up the database to make it more efficient. It has nothing to do with marketing or search engine enhancement.

Sounds like you're looking for the Google Sitemap mod.

After you have installed Google sitemap, remember that you need to register your site with search engines. At Google, for example, click the "Sign In" link (top right) and create a webmaster account. You will need to do this in order to submit your sitemaps to Google (and the same applies to other search engines).
