Help with IE Tab for zen cart 1.3.8a

Could you please help me with the IE Tab?
I have been trying my best to personlize my zen cart.
I have most of it done however the IE Tab still reads Zen Cart.
Could you please inform me where to find this so i may change it to my business name?
