Authorize.net SIM

I have installed Authorize.net SIM and brought it out of test mode. It is working. In my admin section it states Authorize.net Not Configured. How do I configure it? A customer placed an order yesterday and the charge went through but Zen Cart did not send me a statement telling me what was ordered.

Have you set up the MD5 Hash option? ie: pick a phrase (less than 20 chars) and enter it in your authnet account's MD5 Hash field, and then enter that same phrase in your Zen Cart admin for the SIM module's MD5 Hash field.
