shipping special price per item

Is there any module or a way I can have $4.99 shipping on a certain item?
I am using two distributors now, and they one only charged $4.99 to ship their items, and my other one the orginal one I have a table made for their shipping fee? Any work around ? Any ideas?

What happens when you have 3 items from one distributor and 3 items from another distributor all in the same order?

Does the manufacturers_id distinguish the two? Or is there something to mark or flag which Products are which?

What is did to make it alot easier since shipping is only $5 I am going to be selling the popular items with free shipping, as a store promotion...If they only order 1 of those free shipping items I will only make a few buck but if they order 2 Ill make alot more because just on on of the free shippers the shippings paid for :smile:
