store not sending Item info to paypal with order

Im not sure if this has been addressed recently or not. I saw some old topics on it from 2006 and 2007 but none really solves it. I followed instructions on the checklist for this ipn issue.

im attaching zip file with paypal log. my ports are open both ports that they suggest in the checklist... please help

I see order total in paypal, but not the info on what was purchased, also in the admin part of zencart, it doesnt show that customers ordered anything..

Maybe this issue has been addressed in recent times, if so, please point to that direction.

Not a BUG!!

I see order total in paypal, but not the info on what was purchased
IPN does not pass a detailed list of ordered products

also in the admin part of zencart, it doesnt show that customers ordered anything..
This issue is covered at length in many threads and your logs should indicate where the break down is

You have not supplied any of the requisite details as to ZenCart version, server info, etc.

If it didnt work for me, its a bug to me...

I have the latest version 1.3.8a Im with GODADDY.... Im not a web designer, im not big on this stuff, I just know it doesnt work properly.. can you point me in the right direction, sorry if i broke the rules of your thread, like I said, Im a newbie.. Im a sports agent, installing a shopping cart for my sister in law

As to the single log file you posted, that only includes the data snapshot from "before" it went to PayPal. It doesn't contain anything coming back from PayPal. Thus, something's wrong with the communication from PayPal's server to your server.
