I've done something wrong I need help

Version 1.3.8
I stupidly altered the wrong item when i was trying to change the name of page 4 and cant remember which file it was. I now have TEXT_SHOW on my products pages and also table heading errors, can anyone help me!!
I am also having title problems on my main page.

TEXT_SHOW is a constant in includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/index.php

To find stuff like that go to admin>tools>Developers Tool Kit and enter the term you're looking for. There's a bunch of input boxes on the page. I usually use the one at the very bottom and search All files - Catalog/Admin
