Another category linked to the main category

Hi, I am wonding if any one can help me add a second category

which would have the items from the main category. The products in the second category would be linked from the main category , so it wont show as a copy of products meta tages etc to google

Here is an example below

They have three categories but when you click on an item it always links back to the mail category
