uninstall zen cart

I installed zen cart in the wrong directory from my host control panel. now I wan to clear out the old installation and reinstalle using Magnetic One Store Manager.

How can I do this? what directories can I safely remove?

I installed zen cart in the wrong directory from my host control panel.
Since they gave you the option to install it, your host control panel should also provide to uninstall it for you.

If not, just delete the sub-directory the Zen Cart files are in and the database as well. You should be able to do all of this from within your hosting control panel.
