Hello all, cna someone point me in the direction of how to properly create a drop-in similar to the one at the attached link

I find that incredibly annoying. I don't like the idea of being interrupted before I can even get a good look at the home page with a demand for my e-mail address.

I presume the OP wants to add that functionality to his Zen Cart.
It looks like javascript, so asking in a javascript forum for getting the function would be appropriate. Then if you want, come back and ask how to put the js in your site.
