My company logo on IE/Firefox Tab

Hi, A small issue but it's bugging me and I am sure there will be a number of zenners who would like to know, how do you get your logo to appear on the tab when viewing your store in either IE or Firefox. I've searched the forums but maybe I'm not using the correct keywords.
I thought may have had something to do with define title, but maybe someone could answer this for me. Also, the small image used for this, how big (in pixels) should it be?

Thanks tony for the link. I have followed the instructions creating an ico file using a program called RealWorld Icon Editor. I uploaded it to the public_html directory and activated the define command in the metatags.php file, but no joy.

I searched the internet and one site says in order to activate a favicon file I need to add this to my page:-

Which page would they be refering to?

Also, there seems to be a lot of commands for the favicon in the html_header.php file, will any of these need editing?

Just upload your favicon toi your site's root folder and Zen Cart will do the rest. It won't necessarily appear immediately in all browsers though. For some you may need to empty your cache first, for others it may appear only if the visitor bookmarks their site. Generally though browsers are getting more favicon friendly and are throwing up less barriers than they used to.

I uploaded my favicon in my cPanel in the public_html. It still wont work.Where EXACTLY do i put this <link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico"> How do I get to my <head> to paste this tag?In cPanel?
