Looking to add print invoice and shipp invoice from admin---> orders

hi guys,

trying to look all ove the forum but couldn't find

what i want in ADMIN-->ORDERS are two buttons so that when an order is highlighted i can print the invoice for processing to packing

I also need an order status button to change the status of the order to delivered (shipped) with these buttons too

obviously there is the edit order button but i need these buttons to speed things up in the warehouse
