Cant log into admin - where is CMS file?

Hi, I cant log into my admin
Firefox says
"Redirect loop - Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

I checked with "Change includes/configure.php and **admin/includes/configure.php"
**and define('ENABLE_SSL', 'false'); is set

I do not have SSL so it should be false

My host says:
this is caused when you take a cms (such as the one you have) and try to make it appear https instead of http now sometimes its not you that does this but a script that the program runs automatically. Unfortunately the ssl redirect is in a file contained within the cms. Unfortunately there are many files. You will need to check the help forums of cms developers and ask the location for where the ssl redirect is. they should be able to assist you in giving you the file

Can someone please tell me where i should be looking?
Thank you

Re: Cant log into admin - where is CMS file?

That looks correct.

You are attempting to access your admin with
http://mydomain.com.au/admin and NOT
https://mydomain.com.au/admin
