SEO won't work on some pages - Please help

I can't get the SEO to work on some particular pages that i've made...

http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/contact_us.html

The Contact Us page is how i want it to be but the Eibach Suspension page says page_3.html instead of eibach_suspension.html.

Does anyone know why this is?
