Where can i place google verify meta tags?

Hi!

I need to insert this line beetween the <header> and the <title>
"<meta name="verify-v1" content="ALKN+18ö23nlkn123kn3=" />"

but i cant find the right file where i could place it beetweem title and headear. pls help. where i need to insert this? :S
