How do I remove the Terms and Conditions from checkout?

This is frustraiting me. I thought it would be simple?

How do I remove the payment terms and conditions box from checkout so the user doesnt have to agree to anything.

Admin -> Config -> Regulations

Thanks, Dont know how I missed that.
I sure do hate Zen Cart, its so tediously complex. The most ugly and confusing admin interface Ive ever seen on an eCommerce system

I agree that the admin options could be better organised. This is planned for a future release of Zen Cart.
