Odd Issue with listing

Hi,

We have a designer who has been with us for a very long time and has uploaded tons of products to the store. Suddenly there is a duplicate of a couple of her products showing and I can't figure out why this might be happening.

Any ideas why these products would be duplicated?

Without seeing your admin page, just a wild guess:

• Perhaps you have the same product copied into two categories.

So when you filtered products with an author name key - you get duplicated products.

You can see it in admin page. It have yellow square.

Check your specials and featured tables that there is only one record for this product ...

Check the products_to_categories table that there is only 1 record for this Product's products_id and its categories_id per Category that it is associated with ...

Check the products_description table that there is only 1 record for this products_id ... note there will be 1 for each language ...
