Checkout button links to wrong location

Hello,

So I'm testing a new site and all is working well - Navigaiton, adding products, etc. I just tried checking out and I'm taken to an incorrect page.

Zen cart is installed in a folder called store and I would expect to go to somewhere like this:

store/index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping

However the checkout link takes me here:

index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping

I used Imagehandler and also a newsletter subscribe mod (i've removed the latter). Any advice on what controls this would be most helpful. I've searched around the developer toolkit but am not proficient enough on PHP to find the error.

Any advice / tips would be most appreciated.
