My Site is gone...was trying to change the logo...

Hi I am using 1.3.8, I tried to make the changes to the logo and poff there is no more website visisble ......just a blank screen. Help?

Good thing I backed it up, and do not have customers yet!

I use inmotion hosting, whcih has good customer service, they are going to reinstall the backup version of my site...but so I don't do it agian.....

I don't have any addons yet, but I hope to have afew soon.

It usually means that you made a small error somewhere like deleting one of the ' or " symbols or didn't use a slash to 'escape' them

for example;

in php if you want to use a symbol like ' it will end the html and ruin your code.

to escape a symbol use a backslash '' before it like -

"she said I'm hungry we'd better go, " Okay was the reply"";

Restore your backed up file and try again.
