how to copy the attribute?

Hello everyone,
i am a new zen cart student, i creat a a shop. and i have more and more products. how can i set all products option name color , option value green , white , black!!! can i set them by subcategory?
i will be crazy if i only can set one by one !!
who can help me ? thanks

You can copy attribute settings per category thru admin.

i have try to do it in the admin option name manager and option value manager . but i dont know how to copy it .. can u explain it ... thanks !!!
