Help needed to create new pages

Please can somebody help me to create new pages? I have created the link in the nav bar but I am stumped as to how I can add the page so that the link works. All I am getting is page not found.

Any ideas for a newbie??

I think you have this a bit backwards. Normally one creates the page and then links to it. EZ-Pages is the quickest and easiest way to create a page in Zen Cart. There's a whole section on it in the FAQ.
